Fried Okra with Dried Shrimp

Dried shrimp, okra, ginger and garlic.

Soak the dried shrimps in advance until they are soft, mince the ginger and garlic, clean the okra, and cut them in half.

Heat the pan without adding oil, and dry fry the okra for a few minutes to serve.

Tips:
