Fried Onion Rings

Mince the onion, mince the rape, soak the fungus and blanch it for a few knives (note that after blanching, soak in cold water, and then rinse with salt water).
The ratio of the ingredients is one to one, and the ingredients inside can be matched at will.

Wash the onions and cut them horizontally into thin slices about 0.5 cm wide.
Keep your eyes away when cutting onions, they are quite spicy...
Pick out the sliced onion rings and set aside the same size rings (the others are reserved for filling). If you are not afraid of spicy eyes, you can slice them thinly and evenly. I shared half of the onions and made 8 of them, and the others were fried with fungus separately

Beat the eggs evenly.
Add ground rape, ground onion, and ground fungus.
The amount of vegetable powder must be wrapped in egg liquid. If you put more vegetables, it will not be easy to form.
Add two teaspoons of starch. Babies over one year old can add a little salt to taste. Just adjust to thick and runny.

Spoon a spoonful of egg batter onto the onion ring and let the heat down all the way. Bake until the egg batter starts to solidify, turn the onion ring over, continue to bake for 2-3 minutes and it will be cooked through!

The baked onions are not spicy, the round circles are very attractive! Add some homemade tomato sauce, it's another beautiful meal
