Fried Onion Rings

Prepare ingredients: onions, eggs, fried flour, bread crumbs, etc.

Wash the onion and cut into rings, add salt and pepper and marinate for 3 minutes; PS: the onion can be drained out of the water

Coat the onions evenly with the fried powder;

Dip the onion rings filled with egg liquid evenly with breadcrumbs

After being out of the oven, use absorbent paper to soak up the excess oil.
Tips:
1. Onions should choose purple onions with higher nutritional value;
2. Onion rings do not need to be too small;
3. Control the oil temperature to make it crispy when fried without oil absorption.
