Slice taro, shred onion, cut green and red pepper into hob pieces, shred ginger, mince green onion, and slice garlic for later use

Put oil in the wok, burn 70% of the heat, and add the chopped taro

Taro slices deep-fried, golden yellow, fished out to control oil
