Fried Oyster Mushroom

Ingredients: Pleurotus ostreatus, flour, starch, five-spice powder, salt and pepper powder, table salt

Put flour and starch into a container, add salt, five-spice powder, add water and mix thoroughly to form a batter

Mix into a uniform batter and add an egg and beat evenly

Wash the oyster mushrooms and tear them into strips

Tips:
When re-frying, the high temperature and the fire can force out most of the oil in the oyster mushrooms, and it can also make the oyster mushrooms crispy.
