Although it is fried food today, it should be said that it is relatively healthy. The fried oyster mushrooms are bright and golden, unlike small fishes. This is a children’s favorite. Even children who don’t like mushrooms will fall in love with it!

Fried Oyster Mushroom

1. Ingredients: Pleurotus ostreatus, flour, starch, five-spice powder, salt and pepper powder, table salt

2. Put flour and starch into a container, add salt, five-spice powder, add water and mix thoroughly to form a batter

3. Mix into a uniform batter and add an egg and beat evenly

4. Whip until there are no particles. Lift the batter with chopsticks to flow into a line. Set aside and stand still for a few minutes

5. Wash the oyster mushrooms and tear them into strips

6. Boil water in a saucepan, add oyster mushrooms to blanch water

7. Remove the blanched oyster mushrooms and squeeze the water

8. Squeeze the oyster mushrooms into the prepared batter and dip the batter evenly

9. Boil the oil pan to 60 to 70% heat, add the battered oyster mushrooms and fry

10. Deep-fried

11. After the oil temperature rises to 80% to 90% hot, add the oyster mushrooms again and re-fry. Promote the fire to force out the oil in the oyster mushrooms

12. Fried golden yellow fish out

13. Put it on the plate, sprinkle salt and pepper, chili powder and other seasonings according to your taste.

Tips:

When re-frying, the high temperature and the fire can force out most of the oil in the oyster mushrooms, and it can also make the oyster mushrooms crispy.
