Fried Oyster Mushroom

Wash the oyster mushrooms and break them into small flowers.

Boil the oyster mushrooms in the water and remove them to drain.
3.
Peel the yam, wash it, and cut into slices.
4.
Add olive oil to the pot and stir fragrant green onion and ginger.
5.
Stir-fry the oyster mushrooms.
6.
The yam is fried in the pot.
7.
Stir-fry with salt and monosodium glutamate.
8.
Stir-fry evenly before serving out of the pan.
Tips:
1. This dish is light, so it is not advisable to add condiments with heavy color and taste.
2. Pleurotus ostreatus is a kind of fungus, so it must be blanched first, and then added to the dish.
