Fried Pepper with Egg and Ham

1. Beat two eggs in the bowl and beat them up

2. Slice the chicken sausage for later use! Note: I don’t use pork sausage here because my husband loves chicken

3. Cut the hot pepper into pieces with a hob. I use a hotter girl, which tastes better

4. Add bottom oil to the pot, because I’m in the unit’s bedroom, so I only have an electric frying pan, hehe

5. Add the beaten egg mixture, stir it well, remember not to be too big

6. Add chopped green onion and stir fry twice

7. Add the ham sausage sliced in advance and stir-fry evenly

8. Pour the cut hot girl

9. According to personal taste, add appropriate amount of refined salt

10. Adding Donggu soy sauce, I put a little bit more here, because I personally think it’s delicious if you put more, so you can try it and put more

11. Add appropriate amount of MSG to taste. I use MSG because of the limited conditions in the dormitory of the unit. I suggest you use chicken essence.

12. Stir-fry until the color is even, and the taste can be out of the pan

Tips:

Today is the recipe uploaded to everyone in the dormitory of the unit. Because of the conditions, I can only choose the relatively simple and easy-to-learn cuisine. I personally think that it tastes good and it is easier to learn!
