Fried Pleurotus Eryngii

One pleurotus eryngii, a moderate amount of half-cooked foreleg.

Shred eryngii mushrooms.
3.
Cut red hot pepper and ginger.

Pour the foreleg meat into the pot, add a little cooking oil and fry it over medium heat.
