Tips:

1. For the homemade chopped pepper sauce, please refer to my other recipe "Homemade Chopped Chili". If it is cooked, you can replace it with finely chopped bean paste if you don't have this seasoning;
2. Don't pour too much sauce at one time to avoid overflowing during frying;
3. Light soy sauce, homemade chopped pepper sauce, garlic tempeh sauce all contain salt, so don't add salt.
