Fried Pleurotus Eryngii with Chopped Pepper

Prepare pleurotus eryngii.
2.
Tear the eryngii mushrooms into strips and wash them.
3.
Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant.
4.
Add eryngii mushrooms.
5.
Stir fry a few times.
6.
Add chopped pepper.
7.
Add some soy sauce and burn it.
8.
Season with salt.
9.
Add the chives at the end.
10.
Turn off the heat a few more times.
11.
Plate.
Tips:
1. Pleurotus eryngii is more delicious when you tear it by hand;
2. Add pickled peppers for a more appetizing meal.
