Fried Pleurotus Eryngii with Lettuce Leaves

Pleurotus eryngii is blanched first, then set aside in cold water.

Pleurotus eryngii slices, lettuce leaves cut into sections, green onions shredded.
3.
Heat the pan with cold oil and saute the chopped green onions.

Add sliced eryngii mushrooms and fry until fragrant.
5.
Add lettuce leaves and stir fry evenly.
6.
Season with salt and oyster sauce.
