Fried Pork Belly

Marinate the fried meat with appropriate amount of sugar, salt, monosodium glutamate, cornstarch, and a half bowl of juice mixed with all the ingredients.

Add three tablespoons of oil, onions and red peppers in a hot pan. Stir-fry for ten seconds on medium heat. Add the meat and the sauce. Stir-fry on high heat.
