Fried Pork Belly

Main and auxiliary ingredients: pork belly seasoning

Cut the pork belly into 3mm thick slices.

Pour the marinated meat into a bowl,

Add appropriate amount of water and mix thoroughly.

Mix it with sliced pork belly and marinate for more than 2 hours.

After blanching, soaking, and cutting the daylily, season with salt, monosodium glutamate, and chili oil, and set aside for later use.

Add oil to the roasting pan and heat up, add the marinated meat slices and fry.
8.
Turn it over and fry again.
9.
Fry both sides and turn off the heat.
10.
Place the meat slices on the day lily and serve.
Tips:
1. The meat slices can be marinated in the refrigerator, longer time is better.
2. It can also be used with lettuce.
