Fried Pork Belly with Yuba and Plum Beans

1. Ingredients: plum beans (picked and washed), yuba (soaked, cleaned and cut into sections), cooked pork belly

2. Put the cooked pork belly on the chopping board and cut open, set aside.

3. Put the picked and washed plum beans into a pot of water and blanch until they are broken.

4. Then, add the yuba, blanch them, and remove them with the plum beans.

5. Heat the oil in the saucepan, add the cut cooked pork belly, and add some light soy sauce.

6. Stir fry.

7. Next, stir-fry the blanched plum beans and yuba.

8. Then, add an appropriate amount of salt.

9. Saute and stir well, serve.
