Fried Pork Heart with Sauerkraut

Soak the sauerkraut in water in advance

During the stir-frying process, add oyster sauce, stir-fry the light soy sauce evenly, add the shallots, it will almost be out of the pan, taste the saltiness before out of the pan, if the flavor is enough, you don't need to add salt
Tips:
The amount of salt must be controlled, because the sauerkraut and the oyster sauce and light soy sauce we put in are all salty.
