Fried Pork Liver

Cut ginger, green onions, onions, and peppers separately.

Cut the pig liver, soak in water for 10 minutes, remove blood water, and remove it under water control.

Add in light soy sauce, salt, cornstarch, mix well and marinate.

Pour oil in a pot, stir-fry on low heat until 80% cooked, and serve.

Separate the pot, add oil, add ginger slices and chopped green onion until fragrant.

Add onion and hot pepper, stir-fry evenly, add salt and stir-fry well.

Stir-fry until broken, add pork liver, stir-fry evenly, pork liver is well cooked, add some MSG to the pan.
Tips:
After the pork liver is cut and soaked, the bloody smell can be removed.
