Stewed ribs are not at all popular in our house. They can only be sold unless they are made with very heavy flavors. So I rarely make soups. I will use small stir-fry this time. The ribs are more delicious, and I found my kids I also like to eat something flavorful

Fried Pork Ribs

1. Put the spare ribs in clean water, add pepper, ginger slices and cooking wine to boil the blood to remove, remove and drain.

2. All the ingredients are cut and set aside

3. Put oil in the pan and fry the cooked ribs until golden on both sides

4. Leave the remaining oil in the pot and saute the peppercorns until fragrant, add ginger, garlic and onion to fragrant

5. Add ribs and stir fry

6. Drenched in light soy sauce

7. Add green and red pepper

8. Add salt

9. Add chives and stir-fry well

Tips:

1. Blanch the ribs first to reduce the meaty smell
2. The condiments inside can be increased or decreased as you like
