Fried Pork Ribs

Prepare the ribs and chop them into inch pieces. To choose the net row in the middle, one end of the spine can leave the stew

Boil the prepared ribs with boiling water to control the moisture

Boil water in a wok, put the ribs in a frying spoon with boiling water, add a spoon of cooking wine and a spoon of salt, bring to a boil, cover, reduce the heat and simmer for half an hour

Take the cooked ribs out to dry

Put the ribs in a small basin, add salt, five-spice powder, and chopped onion

Mix well and marinate for more than 1 hour. (You can make it in the evening, put the marinated ribs in the refrigerator, the next day the operation will taste even more)

Heat wide oil in a wok, add the marinated ribs when the oil is 50 minutes hot, and fry on medium heat.

Fry until the outer coke of the ribs changes color.

Remove and serve, sprinkle with sesame seeds while hot
Tips:
When marinating ribs, the amount of salt should be mastered, not too much, so as not to be too salty.
Don’t throw away the soup for cooking ribs. You can add some vegetables to make the soup. One dish, one soup is delicious.
