Fried Pork Ribs

1. Chop the ribs into two to three centimeter pieces, soak them in light salt water, change the water, and wash off the blood.

2. Remove the drain.

3. Boil the tender meat powder with water, pour it into the ribs and mix well, then add green onion, ginger, salt, light soy sauce, mix well, and marinate for half an hour.

4. Add eggs, white sesame seeds, and corn starch.

5. Stir well.

6. Put about 1.5 kilograms of oil in the pot and heat it to 70% hot.

7. Add the ribs and fry them until they are ripe and remove them.

8. Boil the oil until 90% hot, add the ribs and re-fry.
