Fried Pork Ribs

Rinse 2 ribs with water and set aside.

Cut the ribs into one-inch-long pieces and serve on a plate. Sprinkle with red pepper powder, cumin powder, salt, chicken essence, light soy sauce and mix well. Cover for 2 hours.
Stir the cornstarch into the ribs and set aside.

Put vegetable oil in the pot to boil, then put the ribs into the oil pot, turn on a low fire and slowly fry them until golden brown and remove them.
