The trotters contain a lot of collagen and are called "beauty food". Originally prepared for braising, but my husband and daughter still like to fry them in an air fryer. It is really fragrant after it is fried.

Fried Pork Trotters

1. Wash the pig's feet and boil in cold water, put the cooking wine to remove the fishy, and wash

2. Add aniseed and stir fry

3. Add the trotters and stir-fry the water, add cooking wine, salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, rock sugar, boil the water and boil it over a high heat, then change to a low fire simmer

4. Finally, the fire harvests the juice

5. Ground peanuts, green onions, salt, salt and pepper, cumin powder, mix well

6. Put the pig's knuckles into the frying basket and fry at 180 degrees for 10 minutes

7. Flip and fry for 5 minutes, take out and sprinkle with crushed peanuts

Tips:

The trotters should be braised as much as possible.
