Fried Pork with Bamboo Shoots and Sauce

1. Prepare spring bamboo shoots and cooked pork belly

2. Prepare green onion, sliced ginger and bean paste

3. Remove the shells and old roots of the spring bamboo shoots, cut into cubes and wash, and cut the pork belly into cubes.

4. Prepare the bean paste, peanuts, chopped green onion and sliced ginger

5. When the water in the pot is boiled, pour the bamboo shoots into the blanching water and pick it up

6. Pour the peanuts in a cold pan and cook with cold oil

7. Pour the excess oil and add the ginger slices and bean paste to burst the fragrance

8. Stir-fry the diced pork until it tastes good

9. Cooking wine

10. Add bamboo shoots and stir-fry evenly

11. Add soy sauce and dark soy sauce

12. Add a little boiled water to boil it to taste, then add sugar

Tips:

1. White sugar can improve the umami taste
2. The peanuts should be cooked in a cold pan with cold oil
