Fried Pork with Cucumber Slices

Wash and slice cucumber

Thinly sliced meat

Turn on high heat, heat the pan with cold oil, add the chopped green onion and ginger slices, and fry for a nice aroma.

Before putting the meat into the pot, use a tablespoon of cooking wine to grab and mix.

After the pork slices become discolored when fried, pour in the cucumber slices and stir fry.

When the melon slices are almost cooked, add an appropriate amount of salt and half a tablespoon of soy sauce.

Stir-fry for another minute or so, wait until the melon slices are fully cooked, add the chopped garlic (you can leave it if you don’t like garlic)
8.
Put it out of the pan (hahaha, it’s still steaming).
