Fried Pork with Double Beans

The preparation materials are shown in the figure.

Cut the lean meat into thin slices, add an appropriate amount of starch, and mix well; cut the soaked cowpea, string beans and soaked ginger into small particles; cut the pickled pepper into small pieces for use.

Pour the oil in a hot pan and bring it to 80% hot.

Add the meat slices and stir fry quickly until the color is broken.

Add the bean paste and stir fry for 10 seconds.

Add pickled pepper and pickled ginger and stir fry for 10 seconds.

Add the green beans and stir fry for 20 seconds.
8.
Add soaked cowpeas and stir fry for 10 seconds.
9.
Pour in an appropriate amount of light soy sauce and stir fry for 10 seconds to get out of the pot.
