Fried Pork with Enoki Mushroom

Wash parsley and chives and cut into sections.

Cut off the enoki mushroom, tear off the head, and wash.

Slice the lean meat, add a little light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, starch, peanut oil and marinate well.

Stir-fry the pork slices in oil in a hot pan until the color changes.

Add enoki mushrooms and stir fry evenly.

Season with a pinch of salt and fry the enoki mushrooms until they are broken.

Put the green onion and celery into the stir-fry before serving.
