Fried Pork with Fungus

Wash the ingredients.

Cut the lean pork into thin slices, add cooking wine and starch, and marinate for 10 minutes.

Heat up the pan, 60% of the heat, add the meat slices, stir fry until the meat slices turn white, add the chopped green onion.

Add black fungus, add salt, light soy sauce, and stir-fry for 5 minutes.

Tips:
The black fungus is light in weight and has high swelling after blister. It is of high quality; slightly heavier, water-absorbing swelling is generally medium; weight, poor in blister swelling is inferior.
