Fried Pork with Ginger and Chili

Shred the lean meat, add ginger, minced garlic and salt for 20 minutes. Cut the ginger and chili and set aside. Stir-fry the lean meat with a little cooking wine.

Stir-fry until the lean meat turns white, remove and set aside for another use, add the oil to heat, add the chili and ginger, add salt and fry for a minute or two

Add lean meat and stir-fry with a little light soy sauce
Tips:
1. Lean meat is good in nature and has no peculiar smell. It is recommended not to use too many condiments
2. If you don't like spicy, you can replace the pepper with vegetable pepper and stir fry
