Fried Pork with Green Onions, A Must-eat in Winter
1.
Slice the tenderloin and add salt water starch to sizing.
2.
Remove the green onion leaves and cut into slices.
3.
Put oil in a pot and sauté the ginger.
4.
Add the smashed pork slices and stir-fry until the color changes.
5.
Cook into the cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar and stir fry over high heat.
6.
Add scallions and stir-fry quickly and evenly, add chicken essence to season.
Tips:
Scallions are easy to fry, but they need to be quickly fried. The soy sauce and chicken essence added to this dish are salty enough, so there is no need to add salt.
