Fried Pork with Huai Salt

Cut the pork into thin slices and just marinate for a while with a little oil.

Heat the pan and pour more olive oil into the pork.
3.
Cover the pan and fry on high heat for about a minute or two.
4.
Open the lid and turn over to fry the other side.
5.
Fry both sides until golden brown, turn off the stove, sprinkle huai salt on the pork and stir well before serving.
