Fried Pork with Okra

Prepare the ingredients, wash the lean meat and okra

Tips:
1. Adding vegetable oil and starch to the lean meat will make it more tender, adding cooking wine and aged vinegar to remove the fishy;
2. Add vegetable oil when blanching the okra to make the color brighter. It can be taken out after discoloration, and it is crunchy in cold water.
