Fried Pork with Onion

Two simple ingredients

Thinly sliced pork

Onion sliced or cut into strips

After the meat is cut, add salt, sugar, a small amount of oil, pepper and a small amount of egg white and marinate for half an hour

After the pot is heated, add oil and saute the garlic

Because there are more onions, I fry the onions in another pot. Add oil and garlic, stir fry a little radish until fragrant

Add onions and fry quickly, adding a little broth midway

When the onion is fried to Microsoft, add the meat slices and stir fry quickly
