Fried Pork with Peas

Prepare the peas

Tear off the side of the peas, wash and set aside

Shell the ginkgo, boil for 5 minutes until cooked, pick up and set aside

Cut lean pork meat, marinate in oil, salt, light soy sauce, and oil for 10 minutes, chop garlic into minced garlic

Frying pan

Add peas and fry for 2 minutes

Add peas and ginkgo and stir fry evenly

Add the colored peppers at the end
Tips:
1. Ginkgo is not easy to be cooked, so it must be boiled and blanched first
2. Don't add too much salt when frying peas and marinating lean meat, otherwise it will be salty after mixing
