Fried Pork with Pleurotus Eryngii

Sliced pork plum meat.

Pleurotus eryngii slices.

Heat oil in a pot, add chopped green onion and sauté.

Pour in the meat slices and stir fry.

Don't cook the meat for too long until the meat slices start to change color, otherwise the meat will become old.

Pour the eryngii mushrooms and stir fry evenly.

Cook in the soy sauce, season with salt, cover and simmer until the soup thickens.
