Fried Pork with Pleurotus Eryngii

Two pleurotus eryngii, the amount of pork

Clean the eryngii mushrooms first, or you can blanch them with hot water, then use a knife to cut in half and tear them with your hands

Cut pork into strips, chopped green onion and ginger
