Fried Pork with Sauerkraut and Bamboo Shoots

Peel and wash winter bamboo shoots

Chop the garlic, and chop the pickles. Lean meat slices, mixed with some oily salt light soy sauce, marinated and set aside

Put the garlic and lean meat in the oil to the hot pot, and set it up when it's ripe

Put the sauerkraut and bamboo shoots in a hot pan and fry until golden brown. Add salt and oyster sauce with a little water and simmer for seven or eight minutes. Finally add the lean half-cooked meat.

Fry and serve!
