Fried Pork with Snow Pea

Pick and wash snow peas for later use.

Cut the pork neck into thin slices of equal thickness.

Brush the oil in the pot, heat it up on high heat, add the pork neck meat to medium heat and stir up the oil.

Add in the previously chopped garlic and stir up the aroma.
5.
Pour snow peas and stir fry.
6.
Fry until the color changes, add salt and chicken essence, stir and fry evenly and then turn off the heat.
7.
It is ready to be eaten out of the pan and served on a plate.
