Fried Potato Fish

The potatoes are peeled and sliced and steamed in a pot.

The steamed potatoes are pressed into a puree.

Add salt and pepper.

Prepare chopped green onion, carrots, and diced ham.

Pour the side dishes into the mashed potatoes.

Add starch and mix well.
