Fried Prawns

Clean the prawns: cut off the beards and claws of the prawns

Cut the back of the prawns to remove the black thread, etc., rinse and drain the prawns for later use.

Mince ginger and garlic, cut green onion into sections

Wash the lettuce, blanch it and spread it on a plate, and use it for the big prawns.

Heat the oil in the wok, add the large prawns, fry the prawns until they turn red, you can smell the fragrant prawns, remove the fried prawns and drain the oil.

Leave a little oil in the wok, saute the ginger and garlic, add the sweet chili sauce and ketchup and mix well

Add the fried prawns and light soy sauce according to the taste. Stir fry the prawns to absorb the sauce.

Put the shallots in before serving, and mix well.
Tips:
1 If you don't like the spicy taste, then don't put Thai sweet chili sauce, and turn the sweet chili sauce into tomato sauce.
2 If the ketchup is too sour, you can season it with sugar. The brand I use is sweeter.
