Fried Prawns with Loofah

Peel the loofah and wash, cut the hob into pieces, and wash the prawns.

Heat the oil in the pan, put down the ginger, saute the garlic, add the loofah and stir fry.

When the loofah is a little bit wilted, add the prawns and stir-fry with some cooking wine.

When the prawns turn color, add salt, sugar, and pepper, and simmer for 2 minutes.

Add chicken essence, chopped green onion, and stir well.
Tips:
1. The loofah has a lot of moisture, so you don't need to add water to this dish.
2. The loofah should not be boiled for a long time.
