Fried Pumpkin with Fritters

Pumpkin peeled and sliced

2 fried dough sticks, cut into sections (about 2 cm), and green garlic into sections

Add a small amount of vegetable oil, add pumpkin slices after the oil is hot, and stir-fry, adding appropriate amount of water during the process

When pumpkin 7 is ripe, add salt, add the chopped fritters and green garlic

Stir-fry evenly, when the pumpkin is fully cooked, add proper amount of vinegar to increase the fragrance, and just start the pan
