This pumpkin porridge is not sweet, so I fry it and eat it. Nuts, sesame seeds and a little white sugar are added to balance nutrition and increase taste. Stir-fry is also a good choice

Fried Pumpkin with Nuts

1. Remove the ingredients.

2. Process the nuts and chop them into pieces.

3. Cut green onion into circles and mince ginger.

4. Wash the pumpkin, peel it off, and then cut it into slices.

5. Pick up the pot, add oil and star anise on low heat to stir up the aroma.

6. Add ginger and stir fry until fragrant.
