Fried Pumpkin with Nuts

Remove the ingredients.

Process the nuts and chop them into pieces.

Cut green onion into circles and mince ginger.
4.
Wash the pumpkin, peel it off, and then cut it into slices.

Pick up the pot, add oil and star anise on low heat to stir up the aroma.

Add ginger and stir fry until fragrant.

Add the pumpkin and stir well, then add a few drops of water in three times to increase the moisture in the pot to promote the pumpkin to ripen faster.

Stir-fry until 8 mature, add green onions, stir and stir well.

Add sugar, nuts, salt and a little water (diluted seasoning) and stir well.

Stir-fried dishes.

Tips:
After the pumpkin is stir-fried in the pan, add a few drops of water in three times
