Fried Radish Balls

Shred the radish, with the help of tools. Radishes can be carrots, green radishes, white radishes, etc. The reason why I use carrots is that this radish has a stronger taste, it is not peeled, and it is slightly bitter. Basically, it cannot be eaten. I like this radish so I use this , You can choose according to your own taste

Put it in the container, sprinkle 1g of salt and mix well. You can add it according to your taste. I can't eat too salty, so I put less. After standing for five minutes, water will come out, don’t throw it away

Cut the shallots, chopped green onions, beat in the eggs, put in the starch, and then grab two handfuls of flour and mix well. There is no fixed amount of flour, as long as you can stick the shredded radish. Sprinkle a little more chicken essence

Put oil in the pot and heat it to about 60%. Take a small spoon and use the palm of your hand to make the balls into a round shape, put them in the pot, and fry them on a low fire.

My spoon is about two centimeters long and it is small. It is recommended not to make the balls too large, because they are too big to be cooked. The small ones are crispy soon
