Fried Radish with Dried Shrimps

Wash the dried shrimps in salt water first, then soak them in clean water for an hour.

Wash the radish, peel and cut into shreds.
3.
Shred ginger and mince garlic.
4.
Marinate the shredded radish with salt for 15 minutes.

Wash the shredded radish and control the moisture; dry the dried shrimps and set aside.
6.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté ginger and garlic.
7.
Put the dried shrimps and stir fry, add a little Sanhua wine along the side of the pot.
8.
The dried shrimps are fragrant, add shredded radish, stir fry until cooked and add salt.
