Fried Radish with Shrimps

Remove the shrimps from the shrimps and fry the shrimp heads. Open the back to the shrimp thread.

Cut the radish into thin slices.

Tips: 1. The dried shrimp can be washed with a little salt in water once, so that it is easier to remove some bacteria, and the salt can sterilize; 2. To prevent the shrimp from getting too old, it should not be too long when it is fried or simmered with water. Add some water and seasoning to better blend and taste. If you like spicy food, you can add some Pixian Shiban paste or dried pepper.
