Fried Razor Clams with Black Bean Sauce

Buy the razor clams, wash them, and prepare ginger, onions and hot peppers.

Cut the onions and peppers well and set aside.

In a frying pan, sauté ginger, tempeh, and onions.

Add the razor clams and stir-fry together, add cooking wine along the side of the pot, add an appropriate amount of water and simmer for a while.
5.
When the razor clams are all opened, add the hot pepper and stir well, add salt and light soy sauce to taste.
