The "onion" in this dish only plays a role in enhancing the flavor. If you do a little bit more care, pick out the onion when the finished product is out of the pan and put it on the plate, leaving only the razor clams in the plate. Because this dish is my own taste, so I didn't do this step.

Fried Razor Clams with Green Onion

1. Main and auxiliary ingredients: razor clams, green onions, chili sauce

2. Wash the razor clams and drain the water
