Fried Razor Clams with Leek Flowers

1. Ingredients: razor clams (cleaned), chive flowers (cleaned and cut into sections), ginger slices, dried chili (cut open)

2. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in the saucepan, add ginger slices and dried chili to the saucepan.

3. Next, add the cleaned razor clams and add 2 tablespoons of cooking wine.

4. Stir fry.

5. Then, combine the cut leek flowers and stir fry until the razor clams open.

6. Finally, add 3 tablespoons of light soy sauce.

7. Add 0.5 tablespoon of salt.

8. Saute and stir well, serve.
