Fried Razor Clams with Leek Flowers

Ingredients: razor clams (cleaned), chive flowers (cleaned and cut into sections), ginger slices, dried chili (cut open)

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the sliced ginger and dried chili to the pot.

Next, put in the cleaned razor clams and add appropriate amount of cooking wine.

Stir fry.

Then, combine the cut leek flowers and stir fry until the razor clams open.

Finally, add the right amount of soy sauce.

Add the right amount of salt.

Saute and stir well, serve.
