Fried Razor Clams with Leeks

Soak the jellyfish in advance to let it spit out the sand

Prepare the leeks

Heat up the pot and add garlic and ginger until fragrant

Add razor clams and stir-fry all

Add soy sauce and cooking wine and stir fry

Remember to change the water once or twice when the jellyfish is soaked in the water
