Fried Red Amaranth with Yam

Ingredients: yam (washed and peeled and sliced), red amaranth (washed), minced garlic

Pour oil in a saucepan to heat, add minced garlic and sauté.

Next, add the cut yam and stir fry.

Then, add the washed red amaranth and stir fry.

Finally, add an appropriate amount of bamboo salt.

Add the right amount of MSG.
